Q: When can I expect my package?
A: We don't like to keep you waiting. Orders typically require 1-3 business days handling time. If you are using our Standard US shipping option, it arrive to your home within 7 days. This includes custom order requests! We also offer the option to expedite your order at the checkout. International orders should allow 2-3 weeks for delivery (Duty is the buyers responsibility)
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a liberal return policy. You may ship it back for a full refund/replacement within 30 days if it is still unopened in it's original condition.Return shipping is not covered under this policy and is the buyers responsibility. Q: Where are these made?
A: Some products are handcrafted and designed in the USA with imported material. Some of our most popular necklaces are handmade in China and often inspected and packaged here in the USA.
Q: Are Chew-Choos products safe for my baby to chew?
A: Absolutely! I know this is one of the deepest concerns of every parent, including myself. That is why I am happy to say that Chew-Choos is made with 100% Safe food-grade silicone that is tested to meet and exceed worldwide compliance standards. This includes: FDA, ROHS, California Prop 65, LFGB (Germany), CCPSA (Canada), and EN71 (EU). You can rest assured there are non-toxic and free of BPAs, cadmium, lead, latex or phthalates. The latest test results can always be provided upon request.
Q: I'm worried about the silicone beads, are they a choking risk for my child?
A: Chew-Choos necklaces are made very carefully and securely. The silk nylon holding the beads is extremely tough and continuous so there is no way a baby could bite through it. The clasps at the back are secured with a knot and break apart with vigorous tugging. However, we do not consider necklaces as toys; they are made for moms to wear while providing teething relief and acting as tactile sensory object for children. We ask that you avoid leaving a baby to play with them unsupervised in any manner. Additionally, the clasps in the back are not meant to be chewed.
Q: Will Chew-Choos work for my special needs child?
A: Generally speaking, these necklaces can work well for children with sensory stim needs that does not include aggressive chewing and grinding. The food grade silicone we use is soft and flexible and will offer comfort for those who like to fumble, suck, and chew gently (no more than what an infant is capable of). Again, they should always be used under adult supervision.
Q: How do I keep my Chew-Choos necklace clean?
A: Our necklaces are super easy to clean. They are naturally bacteria resistant so a simple wet wipe or rinse in the sink will do the trick. You can also wash them in your dishwasher (top rack in a washing bag) to make your life easier. Also a toothbrush can be helpful to get in between the beads for a deeper clean.
Q: How can I adjust the length of my teething necklace?
A: Most of our necklaces are made on the longer side to assure your baby can easily play with them while they are worn by mama. If you need to shorten them, you can do so by simply releasing the clasps, pull the cord through, trim the ends evenly, and re-knot each side again when you've achieved the desired length.

Domestic Standard: Currently we are offering FREE standard shipping to US domestic orders (some other other special promotions do not apply).
Expedited Shipping (2-3 day service): We also offer expedited shipping options which are dependant on the volume of your order. So for example, an order for a single necklace will utilize "small" priority box. 2 or more necklaces usually require "medium," etc. If you have questions related to the expedited shipping, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or add a note to your order and we will be sure to work with you before creating the final shipment.
International Orders: We are beginning to ship Chew-Choos necklaces and Baby Pinch Spoons orders to international customers small volume orders have a flat rate starting at $9.50. Please see available options at the checkout. Any special shipping requests may be directed to email@example.com and will be reviewed on a case by case manner.
Please be advised, although we typically require 24-48 hour handling time for most items, we cannot guarantee the resulting delivery date due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery couriers include UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.
Our policy is valid only on products bearing the Baby Pinch Boutique logo or Chew-Choos logo within 30 days of purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, simply reach out to us to initiate a return for refund, store credit or replacement.
If you've simply changed your mind on your order to no fault of Baby Pinch Boutique, we ask that you pay for your own shipping costs for returning your items to the following location:

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
